Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 Days Return days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 Days Return days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges:
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
  1. Final Sale Items:
  • Certain items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before purchasing.
